Understanding the vocabulary used in the Jenzoricky system helps users make better use of the interface and submit more effective enquiries. The definitions below reflect how these terms are used in the context of this platform. They are not technical standards and should be read in conjunction with the system overview and platform details pages.

Record

A single item of information submitted to or held within the Jenzoricky system. Each record is a discrete unit that has been received, processed, and assigned to one or more categories. Records may represent documents, entries, submissions, or other structured information items depending on the context of their submission.

Classification

The process by which the system assigns a record to one or more predefined categories. Classification is applied automatically at the point of submission and is based on the structural and content attributes of the record. The system does not manually review records for classification purposes; the process is applied by the platform's classification logic.

Category

A defined grouping to which records are assigned during classification. Categories are determined by the configuration of the system and reflect the range of record types that the platform is set up to organise. A record may belong to more than one category if its attributes satisfy the criteria for multiple groupings.

Interface

The user-facing layer of the Jenzoricky system through which classified records are displayed and reviewed. The interface presents records in a structured layout, grouped by category and ordered by classification date. It does not alter the content of records but renders them in a consistent and readable format.

Enquiry

A message submitted to the Jenzoricky support team through the contact form. Enquiries may relate to access requests, questions about the system, queries about specific records, or general support needs. Each enquiry is logged and reviewed by the team, who respond by email. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Access Request

A specific type of enquiry in which a prospective user asks to be granted access to the Jenzoricky system. Access requests are reviewed individually and require confirmation by the support team before access is provided. The team may ask for additional information as part of this review.

Summary View

A display mode within the interface that shows a condensed representation of each record, including its category label, classification date, and a brief description of its key attributes. Users can move from a summary view to a detail view for any individual record by selecting it within the interface.

Detail View

A display mode that presents the full set of attributes associated with a specific record, as held within the system. The detail view shows all categorisation information and any linked references the system has identified. It does not display raw data from the original submission but a processed and structured representation of the record.

Linked Reference

A connection identified by the system between two or more records that share relevant attributes. Linked references are displayed within the detail view of each record. They indicate a relationship identified during classification rather than a manually curated connection. The presence of a linked reference does not imply that the connected records are equivalent or interchangeable.

Classification Logic

The set of rules and criteria applied by the system when assigning records to categories. The classification logic is part of the system's configuration and is not published in full. It operates on the structural and content properties of each submitted record. Users who believe a record has been incorrectly classified should contact the support team.

Status Indicator

A label shown alongside a record in the interface that indicates where the record is in the classification process. Status indicators may include states such as received, under review, classified, or archived. The available status labels depend on the configuration of the relevant access level and may not be visible to all users.

Support Team

The group at Jenzoricky Ltd responsible for reviewing enquiries, managing access requests, and assisting users with questions about the system. The support team can be reached through the enquiry form on this website or directly at [email protected]. The team does not operate to a published response schedule and cannot commit to fixed response timeframes.
